Overview:
AdvantaClean of The Piedmont is HIRING a Sales / Estimator / Service Advisor to join our fast-growing restoration team! Gain hands-on experience and earn uncapped commissions.
What You’ll Do:
Consult with clients on water, mold, fire, biohazard, trauma, and reconstruction projects
Use moisture mapping & 3D site scans
Build scopes, conduct site walk-throughs, close sales
Work directly with operations teams
Maintain customer relationships and meet revenue targets
Requirements:
3+ years in sales or customer-focused roles
Experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims
Skilled with Xactimate, Excel, CRM systems
Tech-savvy—comfortable with iPads, smartphones, scanning tools
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean record
High school diploma/GED; IICRC or construction certification preferred
Perks:
$65k–$70k base + uncapped commission (OTE $90k–$100k+)
